These terms govern your use of this website and any bus ticket you purchase through it. By making a booking you accept them.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed only once payment has been received and a ticket reference has been issued. It is your responsibility to check that the departure point, date, time and passenger details on your ticket are correct before travelling.

Fares and payment

All fares are shown in Ringgit Malaysia and include any applicable service charge unless stated otherwise. Fares may change without notice until a booking is confirmed.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund rights depend on the operator you booked with. Where a refund is available it is returned to the original payment method and may take several working days to appear.

Boarding

Please arrive at the terminal at least 30 minutes before departure. Operators are not obliged to hold a departure for a late passenger, and no refund is due in that case.

Our role

We provide a booking platform. The transport itself is operated by the bus company shown on your ticket, and their own conditions of carriage apply to the journey.
